A Bit About Us:
Chris Carpenter
Chris Carpenter lives in Marvin, NC, with his wife, Sarah, and their two children, Blair and CJ. A graduate of Kent State University, Chris was a former professional baseball player before transitioning into entrepreneurship. He has successfully owned and managed several businesses, including boutique fitness facilities and a small cleaning company before acquiring The Organic Maids. His wife, Sarah, was a local news anchor in Charlotte before becoming a business owner herself, running a photography studio and media company.
Bo Dickerson
Bo Dickerson resides in Huntersville, NC, with his wife, Kristin, and their two children, Remi Grey and Cru. A UNC Chapel Hill graduate, Bo also has a background in professional baseball and has spent the last 15 years managing multiple successful medical lab companies, focusing on customer service and operational excellence.

As the new owners, Chris Carpenter and Bo Dickerson, we are honored to continue the tradition of excellence that has made The Organic Maids so special. Since our inception we have won the Angie’s List Super Service Award each year. This award is only given to the top 5% of all service companies.

This means a better cleaning for you as well as a much more consistent staff in your home. We are also able to provide those cleaning staff members with adequate training so that they perform exceptionally well while servicing your home or office.
